    • Diagnostic — scope-protected and fixed price. The full $12,500 credits 100% toward Sprint or Fractional within 14 days.
    • Sprint — half on signature, half on PRD delivery. If the work isn’t build-ready, you don’t pay the second half. No retainer creep.
    • Fractional — 3-month minimum, then month-to-month with 30 days notice. No long-term lock-in.

    And every engagement starts with an honest fit call — we’ll tell you if it isn’t the right move.

    We’re a remote-first team with PMs across multiple time zones — which means we can offer global coverage and faster turnaround. If onsite time is needed, we’re happy to discuss custom arrangements.
